I have Lip lift one month ago. The scab fell & wound gap at day 10. I had 3 stitches to stitch it back. it gap again and one of the stiches even fell off. the wound did become less deep, but it stretches horizontally, splitting open the line. It does not look deep, but it is stretching. I've seen a countless doctors, one glued it back, but the glue came off in one day's time. I have very oily skin, so the wound is always immerse in oil. shld i see a plastic surgeon or wound specialist? pls help.

It sounds the wound is under tension. or there is infection.
