How to Eliminate Lines Under the Eyes?

Today is my third week post-Accutane--I'm all clear. The only symptom persiting is the redness, but I have noticed these big lines under my eyes and next to my nose. I would like to know what are these lines? And will they go away by themselves in a future? Or do I need some kind of treatment with creams? I'm an 18-year-old male. Thanks!
