Lines from Fraxel Restore, What Can I Do?

I had Fraxel Restore done on my neck and chest approx 7 months ago and now as time goes on I am seeing all down my neck which go down to my collar bone lots and lots of fine evenly spaced lines where the laser has been. I cant see them on my chest only my neck. I do not have wrinkles but I may as well have them as these look horrible. In fact wrinkles would look more natural. Will these ever go away? It is hard to get them to show in a photograph but to the naked eye they are very visible.

Can any doctor please answer my question above? I am now 10 months post laser and the lines are still quite visible. The Doctor that did this laser says, What lines are you talking about so I show her in the mirror. I said to her, now do you know what I am talking about. Can you see them? She says, Yes I can see them I think its your skin texture. No its not my skin texture at all. They were not there prior laser treatment. My friends can notice them so I would expect a Doctor to at least acknowledge the problem. I wish to this day I never stepped foot near a laser.
