Would anyone recommend an non-surgical approach to Lipoma removal? Especially if the Lipoma is located in a high risk area like mine(the neck). I'm considering a herbal/homeopathic remedy such as Limpotab.

Limpotab not effective for lipoma removal
Hello,
The lump you are writing about may be a lipoma, but then again it might be something else. I remove them surgically to both identify them and remove them for certain. It is a matter of philosophy.
