LimeLight Photorejuvenation Not Helpful for Olive Skin?

l have heard that LimeLight Facial Photorejuvenation on people with olive skin can sometimes make skin worse and the spots can get darker. Is this true? l was thinking of having the procedure to even out my tone and get rid of some sun damage, but after hearing this, l am scared. Please, could you tell me how much of this is true?
