When I was young (under 6 years old) my face skin was very white, but now I am 19 years old and my face skin and hands became dark. however my body skin is white now, even. is it possible for me to have white skin such as my body?

There are several prescription and non-prescription skin lightening products available to address your problem, for example, hydroquinone, any of which may or may not be appropriate, depending on your skin type.
