I am 45 and thinking about having a LSL. I live in New Jersey and have been through all the office appointments. has anyone had thier LSL done by him or at that office. I would like to know how were your results and recovery, if you were satisfied?
Hello, I've been seriously thinking of getting the Lifestyle Lift done for over a year now. I'm very skeptical of anything that's in an infomercial on television and would like to know if anyone has had this procedure done by either of the doctors in Little Falls, NJ. Their credentials and board-certified status look good on the website but what I was wondering is if it would be proper for me to ask that office for referrals of patients who have had that done (whether it was satisfactory or unsatisfactory). Given the patient confidentiality and privacy concerns, I realize no office would give me phone numbers of patients but what would keep them from taking my contact information and having someone call ME and say they had this surgery done? I know, I know.....I'm such a skeptic but word-of-mouth is the best referral and I'd be interested in hearing from any people who've had this done in the Little Falls office. Frankly, I'm surprised there are not more doctors doing this procedure (especially in Jersey). Also, I'm about 30 lbs overweight. Will they ask me to shed that before I even THINK about getting the surgery done? I realize there's risks in all sorts of surgical procedures but I will absolutely go get the gun if I come out of it looking worse than I do now (jowls, turkey neck, suitcases under my eyes). Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had Dr. {edited} do my lsl and I still look the same as before. So he did it again 3 months later and still, no difference. I never went back. I don't believe he knows what he is doing. He doesn't cut enough of the skin off so after the swelling goes down, the skin sags. I also have ugly scars by my ears and I am not happy that I had this proceduce done. It was a waste of money. I am saving and I am going to a REAL surgeon. It may take longer to heal, but the results will be there. I have looked around and I found a very good one. I wouldn't recommend the lsl procedure to anyone.
Well, I went for the consulation today, and was told the price would be approx 4,000 and I had to put down 10%. Didn't see the dr - was a bit suspicious about I had to pay $400 before I saw the dr. This Lifestyle Lift center is in Little Falls NJ. Has anyone had any dealing with this clinic and drs. Mark Karolak, D.O. and Carlo P. Honrado, MD? Thinking about it, but will check everything out with a local plastic surgery. Please respond if you know anything further.

You talk about repeats. Is there a reoccurrence of the sags?
