How Do I Tighten my Crepelike Neck?

Is there a home product that will work? I'm thin and have no fat under my chin or on my neck but do have loose crepe skin. Can anyone suggest a tightening product? I use Olay ProX and see no difference after 2 months.

Tightening neck skin

Depending on your age, if you truly have loose skin the only really effective way to treat it is with a facelift.  All other lesser treatments will leave you less than satisfied in my opinion.
