Lifestyle Lift recovery. How fast and normal results?

I just had the lifestyle lift last week and I could not be happier. I had everything done..eyes, chin, jaw. My Houston doctor was very clear that this is major surgery, and that I would need time to recover. He made sure I was aware of what the results would be, and that I had my prescriptions filled before he began. If you decide to do this, know it is a huge deal. They are pulling and cutting your face! There will be nerve damage (mine is already healing), discomfort, and bruising. The Houston office was very clear about the need for recovery time after the procedure, and when I did call in with a question, they were quick to answer it. If you think you will get these kinds of results form lotions and creams, head to Wal-Mart or your local beauty store and dig deep...but you already know you will never get the kind of results you can get with this procedure. But, as with anything, it is not for everyone.

I had the Lifestyle Lift 3 weeks ago and I still have hard areas around my ears. Also, I still ahve some soreness in the back of my head and difficulty sleeping on my side. I'm not too pleased with the procedure since I already see those wrinkles sliding back in in the specific areas that were targeted, jowls and neck.

I had my lifestyle lift plus eye work on May 7, 2008 and am now over 2 mos. I am HAPPY that I had it done and I see a big difference in my own before and after photos. It all depends on the skill of your surgeon. I am 60 years old - no one believed my age before having this done and I get lots of compliments since. My scars are a fine line very close to my ears and into my hair line and they do not show. Just ask to speak with and meet prior patients who had this done by your doctor before you commit yourselves. I did.

I am going for a consultation in September in Waltham, MA. Can anyone tell me if they had their procedure there? If so, please share your experience with me. Also, I want to know how long the results last. I am not interested in spending $5,000.00 on a procedure that last six months. Please give me your thoughts, good or bad.

I went for my initial visit today (08012008)and like a dummy,after viewing the dvd tape they show you while waiting for the sales person i got all hyped up. i was told the Lift and lipo/chin area would be needed. I gave my 10% down and scheduled my dr consultaton and surgery day and left. WHAT A DUMMY I AM FOR DOING THAT!!! now after reading all the complaints it scared the s**t out of me and i left 4 telephone messages and 3 emails to the website asking for a full refund of my deposit! i hope and pray they refund me or i will be posting more of this! READ THE COMPLAINTS AND THEN DECIDE!!! THANKS EVERYONE FOR THIS FORUM

I had this procedure done in Jan. 2008. I advise you to read complaints @ infomercial scams...Lifestyle lift complaints. I am still suffering. All I got was a fat bill, scarring in front and behind my ears. Uncontrollable itching. My ears are not the same. Once they get their money.... you are done!!!!! I had office manager apologize because she didnt see any results, and a Dr from the same office say it was minimal and would refund my money. Thats the least they should do for the butcher job they did to me. I need corrective surgery now. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY and could care less what or how I get what they have done fixed. Your just like a herd of cattle. Get your money and butcher you.

my mother went for a consult in franklin tn so i got on the net to research lifestyle lift found these bolgs and sites of how bad their work was i let my mother read them and she did not go through with the surgery.they did not do one thing to her ,nothing and her card was charged over $7000 dollars and had nothing done at all.i have cussed everyone in that office out.raised hell. talked to carecredit.they said they are going t credit her card back. this place is a scam. ( dont do it )!!!!!

when i had mine done,i had swelling on my left side like you are describing.i ended up having a hematoma and had them drain it when i had my stitches removed after one week.it,s been 8 weeks for me and my left side is still a little swollen but doesn,t hurt.i am going tomorrow for "after"pictures and will be asking the doctor about my results.my neck is still bruised looking on that side and might take quite a while to dissapate.

Is there some place to go and they tell you exactly what they do? Any youtube videos of the surgery. A friend of my goes for consult on 9-23-08. Thanks
