Lifestyle Lift recovery. How fast and normal results?

I had a Lifestyle Lift on July 12. Today, July 18.  I am still experiencing swelling and pain especially on my right ear. The swelling is very hard and is causing me discomfort when sleeping. Is this normal? How long does it really take to recover from the life style lift procedure? Do you have any reviews or comments regarding this procedure?

It is May 28, 2008 and I am exactly 3 weeks from my surgery for LSL and upper and lower eyes with laser around lower eye area also. For the LSL I do have scars that are barely visible with tiny scabs where the sutures were. I feel tightness in my face and neck area sometimes and that is when I try to wear the ace wrap or a scarf placed under my chin and tied up on top of my head (not in public) I also feel itching on the incisions at times which my husband - a surgeon - said is normal for some people. I have put cortaid cream on as needed and even took some kiddie Benedryl since the adult makes me sleepy. For the eyes - my incisions are barely noticeable but the area under my eyes where the laser was done is still pink and I still keep the aquaphor on it and have not put any make up over it. I wear large dark glasses when I go out. I am out of state this week babysitting my grandsons - ages 2 and 5 - so I am not really out of commission. I have not had a dressy event to attend since my surgery but when I do I will put make-up on. I returned to work the 8th day after surgery and one day after my sutures were out but wore dark glasses due to the eye redness. I have shoulder length hair and would not go in public with it tucked back behind my ears yet. I wear it down or wear a scarf. Overall I am satisfied with my results and feel I do look better. I took before, during and after photos so I can easily compare these for myself. Just ck out your doctor and ask to see and speak to prior patients if possible -I did both.

Has anyone ever got their 400.00 dollars back after the seven days? This is so unfair! They should return that money if you don't have the procedure done. Plus they said i will be charged the 150.00 reschedule fee for not going through with it.

Yes I got mine back within 6 weeks with no reschedule fee. Calling them every few days along with the credit card company to keep updated status, documenting time, date, and person spoken to along with knowing what the contract that was signed states helps.

I have a consultation with a doc in Jacksonville (Navare Beach) Florida. Has anyone been to this facility for the procedure? I would appreciate hearing from you before I go ahead and talk to them. Thanks

I hope the lsl will last longer and look good for longer than some of the people who have made harsh complaints. my lsl was done 04/09/08, and I am told I look 18 years younger! I hope the lsl will not fall. My ears ar still itching. I was told to eat lots of fresh pineapple.(bromelian is an enzyme to help the swelling/healing process, its working for me)!

(at least in vegas) can u tell me if you think a person can return to work in about 2 weeks assuming there are no comlications. also, can us tell me the name of the dr. you used. Hope thinks continue to go good for you

I think that all of us that been ripped off need to file a class action lawsuit against them.
