Options to Lessen Redness on Face? (photo)

hi, im 19 years old and very obssessed and vain on my physical appearance .. for the following weeks i had an acne and i started the healing process by putting clean and clear acne gel .. but then it burn out my skin .. so my problem now is reducing the redness on it ,, maybe i can call it a black mark or something .. then afterwards i buy a rejuvinating cream it help then because of long waiting ,. i put a cream called quickfx its a new brand i think .. and omg .. =( it burn out myface ,, HELP!
