Left Side of Face Numb After Receiving Blow to Lower Eye Socket
It has been a week. Thought it should have come down by now, what are the chances it is permanent? I would classify it as a minor blow

Facial injury and numbness
You should be evaluated by a surgeon and possibly get x-rays or a ct to insure that you did not fracture anything. If you have numbness it could be swelling, a contusion, or from a fracture.
