Lefort 1 + Bullhorn Lip Lift: Possible to Have Both Surgeries at Once?

Female, 27. Gummy smile+long upper lip (18 mm). Normal teeth show. Recessive chin. Lower jaw "set back". Good bite. Facial thirds is the same height. I want a lip lift to shorten lip but it will only result in lip incompetence because my maxilla is to long -> I am considering Lefort 1 (5 mm impaction) + lip lift (4-5 mm) at the same time. I like my lips & nose. My surgeon says that Lefort 1 impaction will NOT affect my nose! Any thoughts? Thank you!

I have the same problem. I think you need to consult a platic surgeon and an oral maxillary surgeon so that they can coordinate their work.
