Is LED therapy effective for a mid-30's face with fine lines and wrinkles?

I'm in my mid-30's and for a face without deep wrinkling or an advanced system of wrinkles, would LED therapy make a discernable difference in appearance? We're talking undereye lines, beginnings of crow's feet, fine nasolabial lines. Or would this therapy be better suited to a more aged or weathered face?
