Will squeezing my breasts cause them to deflate?

Thank you for your question.  Routine breast implant displacement exercises prescribed by your plastic surgeon will not cause cohesive gel implants to deflate.  The purpose of breast implant displacement exercises to soften the implant and make it more movable beneath the breast.  It sounds as though this beneficial effect is occurring.  However always check with your plastic surgeon.
