Also if Lilash is not a prescription and does condition and help keep lashes moisturised can I use Lilash in the morning and use my prescription Latisse at night?

The use of Latisse has been reported to darken the iris in very light (blue) colored eyes in a very small percentage of people (per Latisse information). This should be a very rare possibility if the product is used as directed. The information also states that the color change may be permanent.
Latisse is a safe and great way to get longer, thicker and darker lashes. However it tends to make inflammation (swelling and redness) worse. For that reason it is not a good idea to use Latisse while you are healing from eyelid surgery.
I would suggest that you stop the Latisse...
Latisse brushes are fairly poor quality so many of my patients buy better quality brushes inexpensively at the beauty supply stores. It's fine to use one brush for several days.
