Will Latisse grow new eyelashes when there were none?

As a result of allergies as a child my eyelashes were always thin. After wearing false lashes for many years, I no longer have any of my own lashes. Will Latisse help grow new lashes?

Latisse needs hair follicles in order to grow your lashes longer, thicker and darker.  If your follicles are damaged and non-existent then it probably will not work.  It wouldn't hurt to try, it is possible you have some lash follicles still alive.  You should stop with the false eyelashes... more
