Had Lasik then Wavefront And Now I Cant See Well. Will It Get Better? What Are My Options?

15 yrs ago i had lasik, had small amount of flares around lights at night, went to local eye center 6months ago to see if there was new technology to help with the need for reading. After the exam, i was told no fix on the reading problem, but the light flares could be fixer no problem! Well I walked in with 20/20 and 20/ 25, I am now left with 20/30 and 20/70, I was slightly near sighted, and am now very far sighted. The doctor said thats just the way it goes. Can I be helped??
