I had LASIK (OD +3.25/-2.5x10 and OS +3.25/-3x152) and got a decent outcome (20/20 each eye but not crisp) Getting headaches from working on computer. It's been 2 years since the procedure and my optometrist has given me glasses OD pl/-0.75x34 and OS pl/-0.75x150. Wearing the glasses my vision is extra crisp and back to 20/15, which is what I had with glasses before LASIK. Should I get an enhancement?

The wavescan is to most accurate way to measure refractive error but it is not infallible. That is one of the reasons why your doctor does two refractions before the surgery and records your glasses and contact lens prescriptions. They should all cluster as check on the wavescan.
I assume your doctor is concerned about infection. Because the water is boiled and therefore sterile, I have no such restriction although I do not allow hot tubs/swimming for 3 weeks after LASIK.
