Lasers or Dermapen for Under the Eye Wrinkles?

Which would be the best for treating fine lines and deep wrinkles under the eyes? Can lasers be used safely very close to the lashes?

Fraxel, Ultherafor under eye wrinkles

I've seen great results using a series of fraxel treatments for under eye wrinkles.  Ulthera also tends to soften these lines by encouraging the production of collagen.  Once either or both of these treatments are done, you can consider a little bit of filler or botox to soften any remaining lines.
