i have very oily skin and was interesting in knowing if any of the laser treatments out there are capable of burning away the sebaceous glands on the face therefore resulting in much less oil and reduction of acne because of the oil reduction or elimination.

No laser can cure acne

None of the lasers invented to date can selectively burn away the sebaceous glands and cure acne. Acne is a complicated inherited condition of over acive oil glands and an inherited "stickyness" of skin cells lining the duct.
