Im 19 years old i had stretch marks for about 11 years and there white thin and all over my shoulders if i get 10 or 15 laser treatments over the course of the year will they at least be not visible p.s and im light brown skin

Laser treatments should help but will probably not completely eradicate

Laser treatments (especially fractional lasers like the Fraxel or Pearl) can help.  Multiple treatments are needed, but no matter how many treatments you do, the stretch marks may never completely disappear.
