Can Laser Treatment Reduce Upper Forearm and Upper Elbow Creases?

Lasers don't work for arm creases or to eliminate stretch marks

There is no laser I know of that will work to eliminate arm creases or stretch marks. The arm creases and stretch marks are due to loss of skin elasticity (loose skin) that is not repaired with a topical laser treatment.
