Too much sun exposure after laser treatment?

I had laser treatment yesterday for sun spots and red blotches on my cheeks. I used an SPF 15 moisturizer and SPF 15 foundation this morning. At lunch time, I took a 45-minute walk, and after work, I was outside for about 30 minutes. Do you think I got too much sun? I am really worried I reversed the effects of my treatment by being in the sun today for 1 hour 15 minutes. Do you know?
