Several lasers are great for smoothing smoker's lines
There is NO clear supremacy. There are several great machines out there - all of which can produce beautiful results.
You left out Sciton's ProFractional XC and Sciton's BBL-Skin Tyte which produces great results.
As long as you have the right tool, the factor that makes all the difference is the surgeon who is handling the machine. Pick your doctor carefully and you will have a great result.
