Having Laser Treatment Despite Photosensitivity?

I have moderate to severe rosacea on my cheeks, and mild on my chin and forehead. I also have cystic acne on my chin and jaw areas. I have used topical finacea and metronidazole, and I'm currently taking doxyclycline hyclate. I'm not having great results with the former two. They even irritated my skin, so I have been considering laser.

The cystic acne is helped by the oral antibiotic, but because it makes me photosensitive, is it okay to have a Laser treatment while taking it? Also, I have fair, combination skin and I'm premenopausal. Which laser treatment would be best for me?
