I have been trying to find information on laser treatment for cosmetic spot removal. The annual American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery (Abstract 245) states signifigant improvement in lesion pigmentation with a 755nm Alexandrite laser followed by a 532nm Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser with good to very good results. I am extremely interested in this treatment but have been unsuccessful finding a single dermatologist or surgeon with the expertise to implement my treatment. Recommendations?
