Where to Get Laser Treatment for Fordyce Spots?

I've read on numerous websites (including realself) that various laser technologies as well as more traditional dermatological methods can be used to treat/remove fordyce spots.

I have Fordyce Spots on my penis and although I know they're a normal physiological expression they are severely impacting on my life in a negative way. Despite reading of treatments, I've been unable to find a clinic that offer any cosmetic treatment. Can someone PLEASE lead me in the direction of a clinic, physician, anywhere at all that offers treatment.

Treatment of Fordyce glands/spots

Fordyce spots on the penis are considered a variant of normal since many people have them. I have successfully treated numerous patients with a hyfrecator/electrosurgery after using a local anesthetic. Usually 2-3 treatments are sufficient for a great result. CO2 laser resurfacing would also be an option, but I don't know of anyone doing this.
