Laser Treatment for Dermatosa Papulosa Nigra?

I'm an Asian with Fitzpatrick scale IV-V skin type. I have several tiny brown spots (dermatosa papulosa nigra) on my cheeks, one side of the neck, and a few on my forehead. What is the best laser treatment to get these removed? I am concerned due to the high risk of pigmentation that is associated with my skin type. Thanks!
