Is There a Laser Treatment for Recurring Boils and Bumps?

I am 49, and I have recurring boils under each arm pit and have about 10 bumps on my private area. All year long, different ones get infected, then they drain, but the bumps never go away. They have been with me for years now. I see there is a laser treatment for almost everything, so I'm hoping something is out there to remove my boil bumps. Thanks.
