Laser Treatment for Blemishes on Asian Skin?

I'm a 35 year old Asian female considering cosmetic procedure. I'm a skin type 4. I have old and new blemishes problem. My old blemishes have turned dark and I want to lighten it up or remove it.

What do should I do? IPL? Microlaser peel? Skin resurfacing? I know Asian skin is more difficult. Please advise.
