I am a qualified aesthetic practitioner trained in the use of the Palomar Laser. I recently undertook a consultation on a 40 year old Afrocarribean women. Her main concern is that of slight acne scarring to her cheek area which she incurred in her teenage years. She also has a large are of hyper pigmentation (which is considerably darker) to her forehead. She is keen to commence IPL treatment and advised that she had a previous treatment with no side effects. What are your views?
