Will Laser Skin Tightening Results Last for Younger Women?

I'm a twenty year old female who lost about 25 lbs a few years ago, but since I'm only 5'2", the result overall has been very dramatic. So I have some skin on my lower abdomen that's a little loose, but only on the front.
Will laser skin tightening work for me? And can I expect it to last a while since I'm young?
