Is There Any Laser Safe for Treating Wrinkles As I Suffer from Dry Eye?

I had lower blepharoplasty over a year ago and since then I have suffered from dry eye. I really want laser done to help eliminate the scars from the surgery and improve wrinkles around the eyes. Can anyone advise me of a laser that would get good results, but also be considered quite safe and unlikely to make the dry eye condition worse. Thank you.
