After co2 laser treatment with rednes and dark spots

The redness is a common thing after co2 resurfacing. This will get better with time. The dark spots are likely post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This is most common in people with dark hair and light skin. Asian people are at risk because of this reason. This will get better. IPL can help but also serial chemical peels and topical therapy with hydroquinone, hydrocortisone, and retin A.
