Most flat moles don't scar with laser treatments.
Fortunately, it is very rare to scar with laser or electrofulguration of flat moles as long as they don't get infected or you don't pick at them..Use your antibiotic oint twice a day and after one week start a medium cortisone cream, spf, and moisturizer. Don't be alarmed at the amount of scabbing that you will see. Most likely it will heal great and you will still need your doc to do the procedure again in a month or so since it didn't remove the color completely the first time. Sincerely,
