I suffered a trauma to my cheek 8 months ago. Although the wound has left a small mark, the entire cheek is still swollen and the area directly beside the wounded area is raised and very pale in colour. You can actually see a ridge around it. I've been told that it is scar tissue and that I've damaged the lymphatics which is causing the 'ridged' area. Can laser help with the scar tissue?
