If I've had a Paradoxical Response to Lasers on my Face Should I Use Electrolysis for Body Hair Removal?

*indian heritage *20 treatments plus + on face with different practitioners * currently using candela gentlase class 4, has worked on legs, Brazilian and currently doing arms with reduced hair loss. im really worried because the laser has stimulated baby hair that you could not see, too long and dark hair you now can, it is appearing everywhere! my sideburns & chin is what i went in for and has 85% disappeared but the practitioner has gone over fine hair & made it worse, what can i do please
