Laser Mole Removal - CO2

Hello Doctors, I had 3 small, unraised brown moles on my arms and I got them removed a year and a half ago. For a while, they were red, and then they improved but it has left light brown marks where the laser was. They are not big, but I feel that I have been cheated because only ONE mole had the new skin growth. I really want to see a doctor to get it done again. Are they common? Thank you very much.
