Does Laser Hair Removal Have the Potential to Lessen Acne?

I'm curious if having laser hair removal would reduce the presence of acne. By removing the hair from the pore, I suppose it does two things: 1) The absence of the hair creates more available space in the pore which reduced the chance of the pore clogging. 2) The hair is a source of sloughing cells. By removing the hair, this reduces the chance of the pore clogging. Is this logic potentially true?
