Age 22 Female With Male Pattern Hair Growth?

I am a 22 year old girl who has male-like pattern of hair growth on my face and body. Before starting laser hair removal I went to the dr. to see if this is a medical condition. I don't have PCOS, my hormone levels are fine so this might be genetic (my family is quite hairy). The dr. said my prolactin levels are high which is weird since am not sexually active or pregnant, my periods are normal and I don't have any breast secretions. He referred me to a endocringlist but can I start LHR now?
