Does laser hair removal aggravates mild varicose veins in the legs?

Laser hair removal and varicose veins

The lasers that are generally used for hair removal are designed to target the hair follicles. Interestingly, there are some noninvasive lasers and light sources thate are used to treat spider veins of the legs. But laser and light source do not aggravate varicose veins.
