8 Laser Hair Rem. Sessions Didnt Affect My Hair Growth. I'm an Asian (pakistani) with Quite a Fair Skin, Do I Have Other Options

I've had 8 laser sessions and still i have hair on my face like before. WHAT SHOULD I DO?! It looks pretty pathetic since i have fair skin and they're all visible.
