Sure you can. There's no reason you couldn't do laser genesis if you had thyroid cancer three years ago. I would assume you might still be on some medications, vitamins, etc. so just make sure your technician knows about those in case the settings need to be a bit lowered, but the cancer itself and laser genesis post no contraindications.
