I have read some articles that state that Laser Genesis shrinks oil glands and others say it does not. Which is the correct statement?

A small level of shrinkage. Use some Retin-A to shrink them, I would say to start out at 0.05%, then after a month or so, go to 0.1%. Thank you for your question and good luck with everything.
