Will Laser Genesis Help Enlarged Pores/scars?

I have been through 5 spider vein treatments on my nose (rosacea according to the docs), and after the last one approx 2 1/2 months ago, my nose has developed numerous divots/enlarged pores/scars. I have been on tazorac (for anti aging) for almost 4 months but it seems to have made my pore sizes much larger and irritates my skin. Very sensitive skin and my nose swells often when I use anything topical (swollen in pic). Will laser genesis procedure help the pits? If not, what would be the recommended procedure with least down time. Thank you.
