Collagen Building Duration After Several Laser Treatments?

I have had 5 Laser Genesis sessions and it has been a little over 3 months now. I see absolutely NO difference in my scars still. I have had lots of other procedures done to lift the depressed scars as well (which didn't work). How long until I see collagen building? I feel like after 3 months of seeing no difference, I'm not gonna see any at all. True?
