You shouldn't need a revision if the appropriate amount of fat was removed with the eyelid surgery. Wait for the lower eyelids to heal, typically done by 3 months and then you can evaluate whether there is residual fat pads in the eyelids. If you are concerned with what was done. Generally it is ideal to wait 6 to 12 months before under taking a revision. However, there can be very good reasons to consider revisional work sooner than this.
