ReFirme or Laserscope Cool Laser for Skin Tightening and Rejuvenation?
Is there a big difference between Laserscope Cool Laser and Refirme'? Which laser would work better to tighten skin and attain a more youthful appearance?

The Laserscope laser is good, and has been shown to build collagen, but tightening is not the thing it does best. I use the Refirme for that job or resurfacing which is my preference most of the time. Refirme is better when ethnic skin presents a limitation for resurfacing.
