the compression garment provided just keep me in & smooths my body contour BUT it doesnt give me that "hour glass compression" that i am trying to acheive especially in my waist. So now i wear both(see pics) is it ok? When i showed my doc he said the latex vest would leave a mark but when i tried both at home (wearing the black latex vest over the beige compression garment) i dont see where it leaves a mark and i am really serious about getting a hour glass & not $5000 wasted. Help please?

Answer: Using corsets and waist trainers over lipo compression garments is not a good idea
Discomfort after lipo is typically experienced as muscle soreness and swelling discomfort. Severe pain after liposuction is a sign of something gone wrong and should be assessed immediately. Go to the ER and notify your surgeon on your way there.
Your inner thighs can be contoured adequately with narrow caliber cannulas if the surgeon uses finesse and a conservative technique. It is actually desirable to leave a small amount of fat beneath the skin to prevent wrinkling and contour deformities.
Seromas can sometimes be difficult to empty out completely. If needles don't do the job, it is sometimes necessary to do more. Sometimes a drain needs to be placed. Other times a trip to the OR to clean things out is needed. Sometimes ultrasound is helpful to see how far the seroma extends.
